New Patient Registration

Please ask at the Reception desk to establish if we are currently registering new patients or not.

IF we are registering new patients the process is as follows:

To register with the practice you should bring your NHS Medical Card (if available) and a form of ID (which includes your home address) to the reception. The staff will provide you with the appropriate forms and information.

Patients have the right to express a preference to be treated by a particular doctor or nurse. This will be noted and accommodated, whenever possible.

If you are unsure if you live inside the boundary simply type your postcode into the box and it will tell you.
